Refunds & cancellation

No refunds

Merchuno payments are non-refundable, including introductory payments, unused time, and partial billing periods, except where applicable law requires a refund. Review your free website preview and the recurring price before subscribing.

Cancel future renewals anytime

1. Go to My websites and open your website.
2. Choose Launch website, then Manage subscription.
3. Cancel the subscription and review the confirmation and service end date.

Your plan remains available until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, hosting stops and no new subscription renewal is due. Keep a WordPress export of your website if you plan to move it elsewhere.

Domains and payment problems

Domain registration and renewal are separate. Canceling Merchuno hosting does not cancel or refund a domain registered with another provider.

If you believe a payment was unauthorized, duplicated, or processed in error, contact support@merchuno.co so we can investigate. This policy does not remove any rights you have under applicable law.
